Ordering any of the funky stuff you see on this site is easy, but here's a quick runthrough of the steps you'll go through:

STEP1: Choose some stuff

This is the hardest part. Browse well, and browse true.

STEP 2: Add it to your basket

Easy enough. Just click the button that says ADD TO CART.

STEP 3: Go to your basket and register

Click VIEW BASKET (have a look round the page and you'll find it) and then confirm your choice by clicking continue.

Now register your name, phone number and invoice address (you can change your delivery address later). You will need to fill in all forms, but don't worry - we won't spam you, and your details are encrypted and secure.

STEP 4: Check delivery address and choose payment options.

After confirming your basket again you'll arrive at a screen that shows your invoice address and delivery address. If your invoice address is where you want your pixie gear sent to then click CONTINUE; if not click EDIT DELIVERY ADDRESS and fill in the address details. Click CONTINUE until you arrive at the Payment screen.

Sweet money. Throw it at us. The only option available at this time is Paypal, but you do not need an account to pay by this method. Paypal will also accept credit or debit cards, so click the button next to Paypal, enter any comments you think we might need to know about your order, and click CONTINUE.

STEP 5: Paypal

Notice that your browser's address bar is now green, with a padlock to the right saying Paypal Inc. Everything you enter from here on is Verisign secured, which makes it very secure indeed.

If you have a Paypal account then you can log in by filling in your Paypal-registered email address and password on the right of the screen.

If you do not have a Paypal account then check your details on the left of the screen, select the card that you'd like to pay with and enter your card number, expiry date and security number. If you don't know what CSC means (only necessary on some cards) then click the link next to it marked What's This?

note: you may have to re-enter your email and phone number at this point. Go for it.

STEP 6: Finished! Now wait for the booty . . .

We post stuff out as soon as we can, which is usually pretty flipping quick (next day, or the day after), and we send stuff by royal mail first class post, so wait by the door excitedly. For most of our stock we post out by recorded delivery, which means that you'll have to sign for it. Do so with a flourish, and give the postperson a cheeky grin as you do so. Don't wink, though, because postpeople don't like that.
